Active Recovery Project
What is it?
Active Recovery offers a range of free activities in the community each week. It provides a safe and supportive space where people can try something fun, build up their confidence and socialise with others who have a shared understanding of their experience.
We have over 60 members in our Active Recovery community, providing joy, connection, grounding, compassion, safety and the opportunity to learn new skills.
Please click here for a copy of our Active Recovery leaflet.
Who can join?
Our Active Recovery Project is open to clients of the Southmead Project, who are currently in counselling and for up to 18 months after they have finished counselling.
How do I join?
If you are interested in joining, or for more information, please contact Amy and Vic on:
What activities do you do?
