Annual Report: 2017-2018
The pre-counselling group is a six-week programme developed to offer interim emotional and practical support to those on our one-to-one counselling waiting list. It offers participants a choice of self-care tools, including mindfulness, communication skills, emotional grounding, managing flashbacks/triggers, understanding trauma and managing overwhelming emotions.
