Volunteer for us!
Southmead Project is looking for a part-time voluntary counsellor to deliver counselling support to adult survivors of childhood abuse who have used drugs, alcohol and other ways of self-harming in order to suppress the emotions of that trauma.
We are looking for counselling volunteers in their second year of training on a BACP (British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy) accredited course to carry out one-to-one counselling sessions with the above client groups. Applications will also be acceptable from first year of an accredited course who have previous relevant experience.
For more details, please visit https://www.voscur.org/jobs/93455. The closing date for applicants is Tuesday 3 October at 5pm.
